Steps on how to set up a Fullscript account:

1. Click the “Visit my store” button.

2. Enter your email and click the “Continue with email” button.

3. Enter your password to sign in.

4. If you are having trouble logging in, click “Forgot Password” to reset your password. Shortly after, an email will be sent to reset your old password and regain access. Be patient; it can take a few minutes. Please check your spam folder in case it went there.

Where to download the Fullscript app:

1. Click the “QR Code” to access the Patient Direct Ordering Page.

2. Your practitioner will add recommended items to your account.

3. Create an account at checkout.

4. Enjoy shopping.
